The interior needed to support very different ways of using the space without allowing the experience to feel fragmented.
Al Mighzal developed the design across key areas including the entrance, community spaces and dedicated wellness environments, establishing a connected approach to planning, material and detail.
THE CHALLENGEWarm, grounded and connected.
Natural timber, olive green, terracotta and clay-toned finishes are paired with curved forms, integrated planting and custom elements.
The resulting interior moves naturally between active, restorative and social environments while maintaining a consistent identity throughout.
